We made our first trip to the Dallas Arboretum last week with my friend Angie and her sweet little ones. I woke up and planned not to go because I felt horrible (I was sick yet again during one of our breaks from school). But... it was Spring Break and Angie said she would wait for us. We packed up all of our lunches and followed Angie to Dallas for fun in the flowers and a few good laughs. We got lost, the police got called to my house because I did not lock the back door and the burglar alarm went off, we had to park and ride the shuttle, and by the time we got into the gardens... we were beat! Can I just say the four bigger kids were thrilled that we had to park and ride the big buses to the gate!!! We found our friends from church and set out for some fun in the sun. Here are a few of our pictures...
Cutie-Tooties
Sweet Sisters!
This is the best smile that I could get out of my sweet girl.
My big girl.
Lunch with friends.
So care-free!
Grace and Noah decided to give Hope and Emmie a ride!
Yes, this was the best I could get as far as a smile!
We were far more interested in the flowers and dirt!
Angie and her sweet babies!
I actually got 1 with all 3 of them looking at the camera!
This is what I got next. HA!
Loosie-Goosie!
Beautiful Blooms
Angie and I had no clue what these purple flowers were, but they are gorgeous!
The big kids!
I was so proud of Hope. She actually got close to the goat and let him eat hay out of her hand.
My animal lover. Of course, she wants one for the backyard.

Oh my goodness, Hope's hair is too cute! I don't when it got cut, but I hadn't noticed it in pics before and it's adorable. The pic of them with Noah making silly faces is so funny, he's a character and SO much fun! And I think those purple flowers are either pansies, or violas. Not sure which though :)
